Company visit: NEWPHARMA & SCALLOG
The Cluster for Logistics invites to a company visit to NEWPHARMA in Belgium, in cooperation with SCALLOG.

Since 2022, NEWPHARMA has relied on a state-of-the-art automated distribution center to support its logistics and growth.
A key feature of its logistics performance is the SCALLOG "Goods to Person" robotic zone, covering 1,500 m² on a mezzanine floor, handling half of its order preparations. By implementing the SCALLOG solution, operations have significantly accelerated, reaching peak performance in November 2023. With 20 robots moving 275 mobile shelves, this system boosted NEWPHARMA’s productivity by over 50%.
During this logistics event, Arnaud GIELEN, Operations Director at NEWPHARMA, will host a roundtable discussing the challenges and outcomes of implementing SCALLOG.
This will be followed by a tour of the SCALLOG zone in their Wandre facility (Liège Region, Belgium). The morning concludes with a networking buffet lunch, offering a chance to connect with NEWPHARMA and SCALLOG teams.
The participants will have to join the visit by car or public transport. A bus transport is not foreseen.
