ISO 14083 Webinar by GRYN
Talia Baxmann, Sustainability Manager of GRYN, gave an overview of the potential and major content of the new ISO 14083 (published in March 2023) for the quantification and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions arising from transport chain operations.
This new global standard aims to unify the heterogeneous carbon accounting and reporting practices in the transport sector world wide and consequently has the potential to simplify carbon management.
Talia Baxmann explains the various aspects of the standard, like quantification actions, reporting and the changes from EN 16258 to ISO 14083.
It is already a globally accepted standard and many companies are interested in calculationg their GHG emissions.
