LORANG expands and enlarges its product portfolio

The C4L member LORANG S.A., a company of the LUXPORT GROUP based in Mertert/Luxembourg, acquires the road transport activities of CFL logistics, a company of the CFL Multimodal Group, on 1st December 2022.
The agreement covers all conventional and intermodal road transport, including the commercial customer portfolio, assets and personnel. With this step, Lorang S.A. underlines its growth strategy into a solution-oriented full-service logistics provider that continues to focus on the operation of its own vehicle fleet.

Therefore, the takeover of CFL road and intermodal services by our Lorang S.A. in the relation (L)-Bettembourg-(F)-Lyon and v.v. is an entry into new activities and industries. With the purchase of the 13 special trailers, we are also securing urgently needed transport capacities in the traditional steel sector," explains Jürgen Helten, Managing Director of the Luxport Group.
