LUX HSH and Waves joined the Tag der Logistik
Europe
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the "Tag der Logistik" could only take place in a smaller setting in 2021. C4L thanks the participating companies Luxembourg High Security Hub and WAVES for organising an event on that special day.
The Luxembourg High Security Hub (picture above) even opened its doors to a small number of visitors in compliance with the current regulations to show their activities.
Philippe DAUVERGNE (CEO) and Carole SCHMITZ (Commercial and Events Director) gave a tour of the modern facilities near the airport: “It was such a pleasure welcoming the participants of the “Tag der Logistik” at the Luxembourg High Security Hub and to present our facility. We decided this year to participate and organise a visit, where we welcomed 7 visitors from different businesses, to give an insight into our high secure storage facility. We believe visitors get a better insight into our operational side by visiting and we are looking forward to participating again next year.”
Armin Neises, CEO of WAVES, presented the services of the company during a webinar. They operate a Sustainability Management Platform that identifies the carbon footprints of shipments, products, and companies from any sector. Waves took part in the 6th International Logistics & Mobility Start-up conference of the C4L on November 24th 2021.
During these complicated times, the logistics sector has shown its importance and the Cluster for Logistics promotes the sector as the Luxembourg Partner of the Tag der Logistik launched by the German association BVL.
